The popular COOLMAX® Fresh is a lightweight, single-faced stretch knit made from functional COOLMAX® Hypermicro polyester fibre and elastane. COOLMAX® in fresh with permanent antibacterial Ag+ treatment and a six-inch profile ensures excellent elasticity, very fast and efficient moisture wicking. Hypermicro polyester fibre then significantly improves and softens the feel. The use of both polyester fibres results in a UV-resistant product, which means protection against both UVA and UVB rays at the level of sunscreens with an index of 50! The high elasticity, low fatigue material is furthermore supported by the presence of LYCRA® polyurethane elastomeric fibres.
Coolmax EcoMade technology
We come with another innovation in the form of Coolmax Ecomade material. The garment retains the same properties and benefits as before while being more environmentally friendly. The fibre contains a high percentage of recycled material (97%) and thus mitigates the environmental impact. It is made from used plastic bottles that are transformed in six steps to serve as the basis of our functional clothing.
