The most important thing to start with, you have 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to return the goods - withdrawal from the purchase contract according to our law.
However, as we know that it is better to deal with Christmas gift shopping early, we have decided to extend the return period until 15 January of the following year for orders received from 1 November. This way, you can be sure that even if the gift doesn't fit under the tree, you'll have a hassle-free exchange after Christmas.

It will be a quickie. We will look at the condition of the returned goods and start following the instructions from your protocol. We have 14 days to process the return from the day your parcel reaches us, but it will almost certainly be done quickly.
P.S. If a discount was applied to your order when you made your purchase, it will also be applied to the returned merchandise.
