Czech Post

Czech Post delivers the package directly to the address you choose, usually within two days after the parcel is posted. If the deliveryman misses you, they'll leave a docket in your mailbox and the parcel will be held in your delivery post office (you will find the contact details on the docket). The parcel will be held there for you for 7 calendar days, before it is sent back to us. However, you can ask the post office for a repeat delivery of the parcel on a certain day, or an extension of the storage period.

You can find more detailed information on the Czech Post website, in the Services section.

GLS package

GLS delivers goods up to a weight of 50 kg, on weekdays, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. If the driver misses you on the first delivery attempt, they'll leave a notification in your mailbox and deliver the parcel to you the following working day. An advantage of the GLS services is a phone-call regarding the arrangement of the delivery, or alternatively an SMS, in which the driver will notify you of the expected delivery date in advance.

You can pay the GLS driver in cash or by card.
